These terms apply to the public website and fictional-data demo. Production service terms are established only through a signed customer agreement.

Public website and demo
The Satuangka website and dashboard are demonstration materials. Dashboard figures, recommendations, alerts, forecasts, company details, and ROI values are fictional or illustrative and must not be treated as financial advice or actual customer results.
No production service created
Using the public demo or submitting the prototype data-audit form does not create a customer contract, service-level agreement, data-processing agreement, or guarantee of integration availability.
Pricing
Published prices are starting points. Final subscription, implementation, integration, tax, billing, and contract terms depend on scope and are confirmed in a written order form or agreement.
Acceptable use
Visitors may explore the demo for evaluation. They may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, or represent fictional demo data as a real business record.
Intellectual property
Satuangka branding, interface design, copy, and product materials remain protected by their respective owners. Customer operational data remains owned by the customer under the applicable production agreement.
Limitations
The public demo may change and may not always be available. It is provided for evaluation without a production availability commitment. Decisions should be validated against the customer’s source records.
Production agreements
A signed customer agreement supersedes these public-demo terms for the contracted service and should define scope, support, security, processing, liability, termination, and applicable law.
