Clear boundaries for public-site and future customer data.
The current Satuangka demo uses fictional business data and does not send audit-form submissions to a production backend.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Scope
This policy covers the Satuangka public website, live fictional-data demo, and data-audit request experience. It does not silently extend to a future production customer workspace; production processing terms must be agreed separately.
Information requested
The data-audit form asks only for contact and scheduling information needed to arrange the conversation: name, work email, WhatsApp number, company, role, preferred date and time, discussion topic, and optional notes.
Current form behavior
The current public form is a prototype. Submission is simulated in the visitor’s browser and is not sent to a Satuangka backend. Do not include passwords, customer lists, financial files, or sensitive operational data in optional notes.
How information will be used
When a production form endpoint is introduced, contact information will be used only to arrange the requested audit, prepare for the discussion, and follow up about the requested Satuangka service, subject to the consent presented at submission.
Cookies and browser storage
The public demo does not require advertising cookies. The Action Center uses local browser storage to remember fictional action-status changes on that device.
Retention and deletion
No server-side form record is created by the current prototype. For a future production form, the retention period, deletion contact, and processor list will be published before collection begins.
Contact
Privacy and deletion requests should be directed through the contact method identified in the signed customer agreement. A public privacy contact will be added before production personal-data collection is enabled.
